Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- With 30 days written notice for convenience
- Immediately for material breach of terms
- Immediately for illegal or fraudulent activity
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease except those that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations and confidentiality provisions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
